Shadow banks: The other financial firms worrying investors and regulators | CNN Business
I saw news about this a few days ago, but dismissed it because it appeared to be about the Bank of England. But here we go again with a second news story about it, so I'm sharing.

What's worrying analysts are these non-bank so-called "shadow banks" that have half the world's wealth in them, over $200 trillion (with a T) dollars.

I think there is a lot of "old money" sitting around letting some people never have to worry about money ever again. And these people are totally out of touch with the difficult economic reality of most average people who face this daily.

Well, if this worry plays out, then many people will get a taste of reality for the first time very soon. Then maybe we can get our politicians to fix some of the economic problems for once.
