    Joe speeches have been vitriolic and hate filled from beginning to end... A threat to Democracy and Hitler references are DIRECT incitement to people to remove that threat... Joe Biden should be removed from office via impeachment and then prosecuted for personal acts using the presidential

    "I will defeat Donald Trump"... Yea Joe, looks like one way or another you will defeat him... nothing like inciting people with your hate filled speeches to get him removed.

    Dictator Biden has already done those things in your OP..... He can't do them again...

    Uhm, assuming this is true, this will be an "official act" by the President and thus, per the SCOTUS ruling, making BIden immune from prosecution. Again, assuming, and that is a very big IF, it were true.

    However, you need evidence of such, and there is none at this point. This is just idle gossip throwing dung at a wall to see what sticks.

    -firebomb churches for hosting drag events

    -threaten election workers and voters

    -attack spouse of Speaker of House (and crowd cheers hearing this)

    -attack our electrical grids

    -beheads their own family members that work for government

    -blow up government buildings

    -run campaign buses off the road

    -chant 'Jews will not replace us'

    -force women to carry pregnancy after being raped

    -shoot up homes of Democratic councilmembers

    -kill neighbors because they ‘think’ they are Democrats

    -attack synagogues, churches, schools, and malls

    -attack Democratic staffers with metal bats

    -have leaders like MTG and Crenshaw that openly assaults citizens on the sidewalk

    -threaten to bomb Democratic campaign offices

    Sure thing. He's right. We were literally told it would be legal for a sitting president to do this, and Trump supporters told us that this would be the case. However, if this actually is the case, which is stupid to assume, I will still condemn Biden and call for his removal from office for doing what Trump supporters said Trump should be able to do.

    The very point the SCOTUS made....inciting a murder is not an "official act"... if you think it was a presidential act to incite the assassination through Hitler and threat to Democracy talk, you are way wrong...

    That is not what the SCOTUS ruling said. It was very broad where any act by the President that is an official act or declared an official act would be immune from prosecution.

    Am I understanding that posters are verifying that this assassination attempt probably was initiated by President Biden and that he should get away with it because they're mad about the immunity ruling?? Democrats have truly lost their minds.

    The OP is pointing out the hate speech that Joe Biden has spoken in the past that refers to "Threat to democracy" and "Hitler" is "INCITEMENT, NOT INITIATION"
    Please refrain from saying the OP claimed Joe Biden was directly involved, you are misquoting the OP...

    But again..... Joe did not use the words "peacefully and patriotically" in his speeches.... so he is more responsible for INCITIEMENT than Trump could ever be...
