    yes, it should only be legal on infant boys if a local anesthesia is given.

    there is no moral reason to cause such horrible pain to an infant boy.

    I think you either don't know what is done to girls that is called circumcision or you don't know what is done to boys or you are just anti-religious. Either way this statement makes no sense.

    All right, I will restate my opinion.

    It is time that we should ban circumcision as it is a barbaric practice, especially for religious reasons.

    Yes, I am very anti-religious. Religion causes so much suffering.

    circumcision is very painful without anesthesia, so it should be a crime to do it to a child without pain killer.

    Circumcision permanently removes a part of the child's body. The parent's choice will not only have an effect on their child during childhood, but all throughout his adult life.

    That would be comparable to the parents feeding their child sugary foods, not giving him a choice to eat anything else, up until the point where he got permanent diabetes.

    Forcing a child to eat carrots has NO comparison to cutting off a part of his penis without his permission.

    What the h311 kind of circumcision have you been seeing?? It's not part of the penis, it's just forskin. Male circumcision is very different than female circumcision. They shouldn't even be called the same thing.

    Besides, I've had some really disgusting carrots... :cool:

    The foreskin is part of the penis. Just because you call it a different name doesn't make it different. It is filled with blood vessels and sexually-sensitive nerve endings, and plays a role in the proper functioning during sexual intercourse ("gliding action").
