I get it, Trump isn't the most truthful, honest or likable guy. But in this case, this is defamation of a US Public official with no proof and its absolutely disgusting. If this were happening in Britain regarding one of your public officials, it'd be a major scandal. For the betterment of Britain though, you have a healthier political body and thus you have a more honest media(one of my favorites, the BBC is from Britain.)

Russian diplomats and other government figures meet with US diplomats and other government figures constantly, this is what international relations is about. Trade, economics, defense and numerous shared or conflicting interests require these two governments interact. The US maintains ties and deals with practically every country in the world, nothing wrong with that.

Democrats cannot accept they lost the election, cannot believe a very substantial portion of the electorate was not attracted by the views and policies Pelosi epitomizes, so they brandish every conceivable explanation. Pelosi claims Trump won because he conspired with Russia to manipulate the election, other claims find duped deplorables fraudulently induced by Trump's abrassive rhetoric, latent homophobia, generalized misogynism, blatant racism and widespread xenophobia are other alternative explanations for Trump's victory.

These distorted Democrat claims keep them from confronting the harsh reality that their policies are simply not that attractive outside their coastal metropolitan enclaves. If the Democrats don't figure this out pretty soon they're heading for another disaster in the midterms. Democrats need to come to grips with the basic facts; most people are attracted by some Democrat ideas, just not as enthusiastic about the full thrust. We prefer no discrimination based on sexual orientation, but don't want gender-neutral bathrooms; we want immigrants to be given an opportunity, but not to incentivize illegal border crossing; we want police to be sensitive of the ethnicities where they patrol, but not to have officers caricaturized as pigs in paintings at Congressional galleries; we want women to have better access to reproductive healthcare, but don't want Planned Parenthood selling body parts harvested from aborted fetuses; we want the EPA to protect our natural environment, but not to try and ban fossil fuels; we want university students not as burdened with student loans, but not completely free government subsidized post-secondary education...

Pelosi accurately reflects every extreme, she will not compromise at all on anything, only if Democrats can learn to moderate their extremes, will they provide an intelligent alternative.

Sure. Based on what has come out of the "investigation" thus far, I expect a few "retractions", followed by "we never said that" by the Left. And at some point, they will return to sanity.

 

Donnie has too many connections with Russia. He borrows his money there and hides his taxes. His cabinet has too many connections with Russia. These people have to go...Donnie and his people, that is.

 

They are so far from the pulse that it is getting dangerous for all of us.

40 years of democrats have given us nothing but policies that hurt the working class economically and serve minuscule numbers of the population socially. They should have jumped all over legalizing pot. Dumb. Their main problem is the fact they actually believe all the social centric pushes were evolution, instead of realizing they were nothing more than fads generated from media machines that the public is now numb to.

The dangerous thing about them not catching on and dropping the circus freak show is the fact that republicans are one governor away from being able to passes constitutional amendments without any say from the other side. Which means Trump is our only means of stopping establishment republicans from passing amendments, which in all actuality would be globalists passing amendments unchecked, not needing their democrat half of control.

It is absolutely crucial Americans get the republican traitors out of office in 2018 (McCain, Graham, Rubio, Ryan, etc.) and replace them with Tea Party nationalists.

We need congress. I think the governor is a given at this point, and it wouldn't surprise me to see that republican come from California. It is the next great jaw dropper for the limo liberals who still don't get it.

The way I remember things in the 80's when Reagan was US president Democrats were all too eager to cuddle up with the then 100% Soviet Socialist Republic of Russia. What changed since then?

Many countries don't have a Bill of Rights. US politicians of both parties receive $millions from Saudi sheikhs seeking to spread their 'religion'. Sharia law has to be the most anti-female code ever invented.

Back then relations with the USSR were at an all-time low. Gorbachev came along with glasnost and perestroika, policies far removed from the old hard liners in the Kremlin, and were an attempt at ameliorating relations with the West. Gorbachev reached out to us; not the other way round.

 

Let's do it. let's investigate ALL ties our government has with Russia. That includes the president, his tax returns, his campaign's meetings with russian officials and intelligence. Clearly, this is some convoluted attempt at a "you did it too" defense by trump apologists to hide the fact that TWO cabinet members have been caught lying about their contact with the Russians. Let's dig deep, and find out the root of the influence the Russians undeniably had on our election.
