Should the states NULLIFY the unconstitutional NDA act?

    According to the tenth amendment, the states, not the supreme court, have the power to nulllify unconstitutional laws. I'm all for them doing that since i doubt the SC will.

    It is clearly unconstitutonal in that it ok's torture and prison without trial.

    People who think the supreme court wil strike this down are dreaming. The SC strikes down state laws all the time but seldom does it to federal laws. All federal officials are like one big union.
