Should threads in "Opinion Polls" must have a poll

You would think a thread in a poll section would have......a poll.

Or is it, here's a topic, what's your opinion? So technically, just post that thread in a relevant section then.

 

I have to admit....
that coming up with a good poll is not always easy.......
