Her mathematical anomalies and expert testimony is enough to prove the Dominion machines were rigged. The constitutional issue of laws being changed, observers being banned and the phony water leak all add up to a conspiracy to rig the election. Remember that a civil case does not need to prove anything beyond a reasonable doubt. The standard is based on preponderance of the evidence shows that what is claimed is more likely the truth than not. This isn't rocket science. Her success will depend on the judge who hears the case. If the judge is an activist obama appointee then she has little chance to succeed.
