• Conspiracy to commit impersonating a public officer
• 2 counts of conspiracy to commit forgery in the first degree

Well, the only "RICO" count was Item 1, to which nobody has pleaded guilty to yet. Everybody has taken a regular Georgia law violation. Doesn't really matter which either...

Doesn't remotely mean the RICO charges have gone away for those that haven't taken a deal or that the 4 who have taken deals won't still testify about the RICO count.

 

That means that the case is “collapsing”!

That is not a RICO charge.

 

If you’re making a plea deal in return for testimony, don’t you have to offer a defendant a reasonable reduction of charges? That’s how it works even if you don’t grasp it.
