    Yeah, we started out at 13 yesterday morning, but warmed up to a balmy 28 this moring. By Friday, we're supposed to be in the 60's again, which is fine with me. This time last year we already had several rounds of the bad stuff under our belt.

    I look for spring the minute the Christmas tree comes down....:mrgreen:

    I'm getting that way. We've not had any snow yet, and I would like one nice snowfall and then winter can move on and it can be spring again!

    Kid Rock? Fairly major tosser, in my opinion. He was supposed to play a festival I go to a few years back, but pulled a hissy fit about his backstage facilities not being absoutely perfect, and refused to go onstage. He claims to have urinated over the couch of the man in charge of booking the festival (he didn't, according to the person in question, but apparently KR thinks that's a really 'cool' thing to say he did!) and left.

    Deeply pathetic ego-maniac, up there with the likes of Axl Rose - he caused a riot at the same festival a couple of years earler by refusing to go on stage anything like on time, so that his set was cut extremely short when the PA was switched off (because of a fixed finishing time, because of licensing restrictions, which he was well aware of, and well aware theat the organisers had no choice but to comply with).

    Some people have no regard for the people who put them in the privileged positions they enjoy, despite the fact that they are both endowed with a fairly stunning relative lack of talent for their apparent level of fame anyway!

    Yeah, his attitude is what I don't like about him. Love his voice and some of his songs, but not the person.

    Nah, I don't start to freeze until it gets down to about 20 below zero and it is 8 above right now. Here in Jackson we consider anything above zero to be spring time. Linda still says that I am part polar bear :)
