    Good morning everyone.




    I am so close to being back whole. Good God watch out world. Back and better than ever. What mega lessons in life, death and love I have learned in the past 7 months.

    You know for so long I let life take me in the direction it wanted to. Like having to morph into something for everyone. Whether it was leader, problem solver, nurse, money maker, (*)(*)(*)(*)(*) who got (*)(*)(*)(*) done and all the other things that makes me no different than anyone else. The thing I realized through the toughest time in my life is this....
    I cant be everything to everyone. Ill aways come up short. Who doesn't understand or who misinterprets or who fails to understand what I am communicating because the words are not me. In the end I can only be me. So I threw down the sword and opened the door for me to go back to being me. The core. I sat for months alone. Being a good moral woman. Stayed sober for the most part and made things with my hands. Me being me. It was nourishing and gave me space to let go of all the things that changed me over the years. Hello world..Falena is back better than evah and hotter than evah. lol
    You lay off booze and ravioli you look bettah. lol

    A new day...same world but seen through a different mind.

    Ok now..oh wait....anyone who just read that and rolled their eyes...go (*)(*)(*)(*) yourself. Thats part of the core too. lol

    Before I end this post. Im thanking my mom, my friend from diapers to Depends some day Joe and two of the best people with heart I met in a long time..Daisy and Kimi. They all saved me from the edge.

    Welcome back to the land of the living my dear. I for one have missed you. I am proud of you for what you have accomplished. Not to many people can do what you just did. It must have taken you an awful lot of heart and determination to get the job done. That shows me that you have a lot of character. But now comes the hard part. Staying that way. But you know what? I am willing to bet that you can do it. Again Welcome back.

    I was out in beautiful Brownwood, Texas this Saturday, and got to bobtail back to Dallas in all that wonderful rain.

    The truck is in dire need of new tires, and I hydroplaned about a half-dozen times between Brownwood and I-20 - scared the bejeezus outta me!

    Now I'm in the lovely town of Wilmer, waiting on some new tires!

    No doubt...yesterday was Sunday to me all day, since I ended up getting the holiday off, too. It's not a university holiday, but an AF one, so if I want to take a day of leave, I get to take it off, too. No problem. I hurt myself working in the house and a flower bed, though. The weather has been too inviting and I want to dig in the dirt.

    I love Brownwood, TX. Sometimes, on my way through to go see the family, I stop at Underwoods and pick up BBQ to show up with. Always a big hit. Mmmmm....Underwoods is good!

    Yep, and they even have a drive-thru, of sorts...LOL I can't drive thru there without being tempted by the aroma.

    I figure this place is like home because... well once a bar fool always a bar fool.
    It so funny. Ive had two good friends who owned bars in real life. Amazing how I have one on a message board.
