Good morning, Monday lovers. Got us a brand new week full of promise and BS.

Mostly BS.

 

Yeah SMW, a full week of promise that I will be working. Although, I didn't make any promises. I try not to do that. Just sayin.

 

Yeah, I ain't promising nothing either.

 

But please No Corn Candy. I don't give a gillhooley how tight one's pursestrings.

I keep the candy jar at work. This season the theme is orange. So far, we've had circus peanuts (do you know they're actually banana favored?), candy corn, peach rings and orange slices.

Trick or treat!

 

I dunno. Yeah Kids like dat stuff.As long as It's overtly sweet and somewhat
gooey or gummy.But I can't see grown adults munchin' on that stuff.
If only because it's like a grown adult caught pickin' their nose at work
and then lickin' like spare ribs a gooey goober.
I mean,at home in the dark watchin' TV then who cares.

 

I live in a mountain town where if you blink you miss it. The retailers (along the main road) open up their businesses to kids and give out candy. The local patrol monitors traffic so no one gets hurt. They coordinate it with the school that has a Halloween carnival afterwards. My granddaughter scored BIG with a huge bag full of candy. I am currently in negotiations with a 7-year old for some choice pieces.

Oh yeah, I know it's not the 31st....The town coordinates with the church that has a HUGE carnival on the 31st. My granddaughter says I should bring my own bag.

 

Okey Dokey Danny.So then what do you do when driving home from work and
blink while turning the corner to head into your hometown.

Mornin People of the Strange Brews. Hope all had a good night. Were going to have a windy and rainy day. Clouded over. So no yard work for me today. Which is very good news. Just sayin!

 

I'm in CA...Where the Twilight Zone prevails except for little islands of reality one of which is where I live. So....Yer right Foolie, one false turn and... Heck we even have a governor Moonbeam...

Corn candy is good candy!!!!!! I love it. Pure sugar. First I eat off the white bottom then the orange part.

 

I ride the bus with nose picker and booger eater. Geez, I want to hit that little retard.

 

I went to a yoga class this AM. Had a series of muscle cramps in my legs and feet. Came back home and took a muscle relaxer. I'm down for the count.

 

Welcome to Smarties Tidbit. You can just walk around the bar and get yourself whatever you are drinking. Seems the girls are on extended vacation time.

 

Thanks. I had to quit drinking. I liked it too much. But, I'll drink a soda and play the jukebox.
