    Nice knowing you all.

I live just north of Brisbane. Should be getting a lot of rain tomorrow. They're predicting 200mm to 400mm of rain tomorrow in the path of the cyclone and whatever it down grades to. Should be interesting. Haven't had a flood here since 2011.

Look after yourself Panzer - must be a bit of a worry for everyone up there. Just watching the headlines now - doesn't look good!

Predicting a Cat 5 by landfall now.

Luckily I'm not in the "danger zone" for the actual cyclone itself, it's just gonna head down south this way after landfall and apparently dump 200mm to 400mm of rain on us so there's chances of flash flooding.

Sigh, that's one of the fences at my work. Didn't quite rain enough and I had to work.

Annastacia Pinochet or whatever has been going on for hours about how you ought to stay inside and be good little servants of the state interest.

(*)(*)(*)(*) that. The guy who was surfing in those cyclonic swells was an absolute legend. Made my day.

Here's to your continued survival, Panzer!

I can only dream of rain.....bloody 39 down here today, 40 tomorrow and Sunday. Still, I hope there's minimal problems up there, our weather issues are minimal.

What is Abbotts flood assistance conditional upon? How long does the pay back term last?
