So who built the gallows?

January 6.... Just like the pipe bomb hoax that was never solved.... we have these folks who literally built a gallows at the capitol and no one has ever been charged... the FBI is still pulling in people from a Google Geofence technology search used by the FBI 2 years later to identify all devices in a 4-acre area, including the Capitol and its immediate surroundings, between 2 pm and 6:30 pm on January 6.? But this monster was constructed and not one person involved was brought to justice...
