OJZ was concentrating on stalking and killing his intended victim, and talking might have distracted him from his goal so, he chose not to.

for one, TM didn't have to answer, but that's not when the supposed attack happend, it supposedly happend AFTER Zim walked back to his truck.

AND As an adult Zimmerman could've easily pulled out his iphone and got film of TM while he questioned him too. no law against that. .
