Since the former Attorney General will be answering a few questions in an upcoming session, I'm curious to know what question(s) you'd like to see put to AG Lynch? I'll start the ball rolling with my top five: (1) Do you believe a person who is said to have been "extremely careless" with the handling of government information might have a problem with a statute whose application targets those who demonstrate gross negligence in their handling of such information? Why or why not? (2) Do you agree that it is wrong for an Attorney General to be meeting privately with the husband of someone who is currently under investigation? Why would an AG do such a thing? (3) Did you tell the Director of the FBI to refer to the investigation of Hillary Clinton as a "matter"? If yes, why did you do that? And did you realize that that is the exact word that was being used by the Clinton campaign to refer to the same investigation? (4) Did you receive instructions from anyone within the Obama administration that pertained to the investigation that was taking place into the private Clinton email server? If yes, who and when? (5) At what point did you conclude that it was not necessary to empanel a Grand Jury to decide the matter of whether Secretary Clinton had broken the law by maintaining a private email server and/or mishandling government documents which were placed in her care? Feel free to comment on mine, add your own, etc.
I'd ask why did the DOJ refuse to prosecute liberals and minorities? And why did they harass whites and conservatives? Then I'd get skewered by the MSM ... but I wouldn't care.
