politics, religions, racist jokes, ect... have no place in the workplace - at my work place one could be fired for any of those, so that did answer the question

There's no difference between when the white man does it and when other natives do it. That's the point.

so if black people made white people slaves, you would just say white people did it first? when someone mentioned it

"Oh you mean the White people who made slaves of Black people?"

Yes, the radical left, critical race theory espousers are indeed racists. And somehow they have the loudest voice. Let THAT sink in.

Well actually you didn't say anything about YOUR workplace. Would there not even be a warning? Just an immediate firing?

Depends what you mean by "support." I don't have any problem with it being law.

How many examples do you have of a black person suffering career consequences for saying something racist about white people?

No, not specifically in your workplace. How many examples do you have of a black person suffering career consequences for saying something racist about white people?

    Race is a myth.

    Yeah, about that... :roflol:

And @FreshAir, you 'liked' this post!

"Our kids are not "colorblind." We must be talking to them right now about the demonstrations, about police brutality, about racism." https://twitter.com/dribram/status/1268229740504252416

"As a community, we have all heard the sentiment, “I don’t see race” or “I believe that all lives matter.” What some people may not know is that these comments are a form of colorblindness. Colorblindness is a piece of the complex network supporting systemic racism." https://www.ywcawcmi.org/our-servic...erment/prevention/socialnorms/colorblindness/

"THE COMMON IDEA of claiming “color blindness” is akin to the notion of being “not racist”—as with the “not racist,” the color-blind individual, by ostensibly failing to see race, fails to see racism and falls into racist passivity. The language of color blindness—like the language of “not racist”—is a mask to hide racism." https://glose.com/quote/ibram-x-kendi/the-common-idea-of-claiming-color-blindness-is-akin
