Gorsuch has to sadly note the same sort of shenanigans I notice when debating leftists. Since their only goal is an authoritarian power grab, they have no principles, facts, reasoning or anything else they won't discard in their quest to just stop you, remove your sanction and take your rights.

Because they believe in nothing, and will use anything, they often end up twisting themselves into little logical pretzels. They've twisted and folded back on themselves. They make absolutely zero sense but it doesn't matter to them. They are throwing the preverbial sink at you and just hoping something sticks or hits.



First you take the facts, and just twist them all around into a narrative that fits your oppression matrix.



Then you chide that the people who's boot your neck is on aren't really suffering in any fashion or at a minimums they "deserve" it.



Then you have the, rules for thee and not me. The left never wants a two way street. This is why they demand censorship. Their own ideas always false to pieces because they are merely dogma and not actual thought.

Also the same bit notes exactly what I have mentioned. Let's drag the argument off into strawman vs the fact. Gorsuch chides his contemporary for spending so much time off in the weeds.



Gorsuch hits the dissent with another round of facts and prior cases on this matter. Compelling speech in the name of public accommodation is not an "incidental" burden.

Sounds like perhaps Sotomayor should go get some better grounding for her legal reasoning or perhaps just find SOMETHING to reason with in the first place. The left hasn't just resorted to censorship, force, ranting, crying and screaming in public. They've resorted to it in the dissents of their Supreme Court Justices as well.

Her terrible legal reasoning sounds like a great reason to expand the court after Trump and Republicans win in 2024.
