Hello! So I work in the hospitality business, specifically in the major venue'a business (nfl, nhl, nba, soccer, major races). One of the things that I bring to new facilities that I am tasked to upgrade is innovative food concepts. So my question for you all is what types of food would you like to see at major sporting events? Never mind pricing I know everyone complains about that.
You could go the traditional route, hotdogs, burgers, etc, with a healthy twist. Use organic ingredients, and use things like turkey dogs and burgers, and maybe veggie burgers, and use whole wheat buns.
I realize that everyone's safety must be prioritized but ... It's too bad things today aren't like the good old days when you could sneak in a sandwich wrapped in aluminum foil into the ball game. To save money, I would wrap a salami/cheese sandwich, can of soda, and chips into my oversized coat and sneak them into the ball game (of course, when the weather got too hot I couldn't do this). That made the game more fun especially since the cold weather often stays around well into May or begins in the middle of September [this is Minnesota, after all]. Nowadays the stadium folks scan you with a metal detector and they confiscate your soda can or food. Too bad - but it sure was fun (and money saving) in the old days!
