What is the difference between a stay-at-home order, a lockdown, a governor closing retail and restaurants, and a simple request that we stay at home? In all these states that are supposedly on "lockdown," does that mean EVERYTHING is closed, including groceries, gas, pharmacies, take out restaurant services, etc. Or are they making all sorts of exceptions like everywhere else? And what about Walmart? Is Walmart and other big box stores still operating on a lockdown? And how is this enforced? Are they like under martial law or what?
