There is not enough Coronavirus testing kit to test everyone who might be worried. There are young people who aren't worried about Coronavirus affecting them and they need money. Coronavirus also does not seem to cause severe illness in young people including children. Taking those three fact into account I've come up with a plan to mass test the population. Instead of testing everybody we volunteer or even pay a kid or young college grad to be coughed on. Twenty or so people will meet with him individually cough vigoriously on him. Then he would be the only person who is tested. If he's negative which he most likely will be we have confirmed that all twenty are healthy. If he's positive then we'd test the twenty and he'll recover.
