Super typhoon Haiyan is set to make landfall in the Philippines on Friday morning. The storm is more powerful than a category 5 hurricane, and is one of the strongest storms ever recorded.

Lets hope a majority of people can be evacuated, especially those who have already been devastated by a 7.1 earthquake last month.

The images I have seen on The Weather Channel from satellites and radar are just incredible. The storm has incredible structure.
