What’s interesting is that your side is actively trying to ban plan B. Any more excuses?

That you think a child that is raped and doesn’t report it should be held at fault because she didn’t take a pill is fascinating

so you support plan B being legal, many on the right do not...

no woman or little girl should ever be force to have their rapists baby, but this is really another topic

The left argued it BECAUSE of what they claimed to be a legal requirement based on the DOJ memo, are you really denying that? I don't recall you proclaiming Mueller was wrong and that he could have listed specific charges which he was ready to bring. Did you? You might want to review your posting history before you answer. YOU claimed Mueller found crimes were committed yet brought no charges, why didn't he according to you?

How does that justify the taking of the life that was created? Do you believe our entire national abortion policy should be based on children who are raped and become pregnant? To how many does that even occur each year?

LOL. Since when do the prosecuting attorneys require Trump's lawyer's permission with regards to what they want to charge.

I value conscious experience and harm reduction. Saying a bundle of unformed cells is not only equal to but superior to a conscious person and should be able to commandeer their body for 9 months because you want to protect “life” (while not giving a **** about it after it is born) is pathetically wrong.

    Is an acorn a tree?

Because of the DOJ memo. What’s that have do with trumps claim he’s immune to all charges?

Yes the fallacious reason you and others argued Mueller brought no charges. And Trump is claiming immunity based on the fact he was acting under the authority and duty of the President to enforce the law and protect federal process of the Electoral College from fraud and illegality.

Well I'm confused. Everytime I state that the lawyers who were tasked to prosecute those guilty in the Jan 6th riot all seemed to avoid charging anyone with insurrection, and all you keep saying is "Trump's lawyers wouldn't allow it"

It's not up to them. It's never been up to them.

The fact is that nobody on Jan 6th was charged with insurrection because it wasn't an insurrection.

And more hyperbole and lack of knowledge of biology and embryology. Do we rate our right to our lives based on who is the more superior now? How is the unborn baby in the womb responsible and therefor subject to death?

It is a Quercus at that stage of the life of a Quercus. Is a just born baby an adult? Of course not they are just two different developmental stages in the life of that human being. Does that mean we can kill the unborn baby?

It means a woman should not lose her bodily autonomy because you think unconscious unformed life negates her rights.

Who do you people think you are to force women into labor? It’s disgusting. Especially raped children.

Does her so called but undefined under the Constitution or our laws place this above the right to life? I don't force her into anything I did not get her pregnant nor do I control the natural process of her body.

Again does the right to life depend on which life is deemed superior to the other? There is some ranking listed in our founding documents?

No this wasn't. This was about 4 people in one state saying a person could be removed from a Presidential ballot. The fact that Trump has never even been charged for the crime these four people were claiming the reason was on top of that making it even more absurd.

I’m not saying his lawyers prevented it. Just pointing out their ridiculous position as it pertains to trump.

See I dunno how you speak to anyone in your life. Not every conversation is about Trump.

There was no insurrection charges because there was no insurrection. period. Full stop.

You are just going to have to deal with that.

My comment was a reply to an off topic post about impeachment.

What's interesting is that in a thread about Section 3 disqualification you're trying to change the subject to discuss sexual assault and abortion to cover up your support of an insurrection and what liberal justices considered a threat to our democracy. The illegal means you supported to overthrow our election makes Russia very jealous. If only they had a fraction of that power.
