Taliban Seizes Billions in US-Supplied Weaponry

The mistake is to think that the weapons were left there by mistake. They were left there on purpose. The war profiteers now get to make replacement weapons AND as an added bonus those weapons will make their way to terrorists and justify military intervention in the future. When our government consistently makes the same "mistake" over decades eventually you have to start asking yourself who benefits from our government's "mistakes". Assange said over a decade ago that the war in Afghanistan was a big money laundering scheme for the war profiteers and it would last as long as the grifters could make it last. I tend to agree with him.
