    Not in any statements to police or the FBI, not that the latter has any jurisdiction over a case of alleged sexual assault. In fact, she very specifically did not name an attacker in her police report. Since she clearly knows Joe Biden, we have to assume it isn't him.

    FYI, the police, in spite of no leads, did investigate her claim but declared it dead as it was obviously a waste of time.

    Her police report (which didn't name Biden) was investigated and closed. That you don't understand this and why the FBI was involved in Kav's background check suggests that this topic is beyond your understanding. Perhaps there is another one that you might find easier.
