instead of taxing china more, or holding them accountable for the covid virus. Which they should get rid of all of our trade deficit with them.

Democrat Politicians are making more and more deals with them, selling out Americans even more. Sending more and more jobs over to sweat shops over there, and making mroe Nike Shoes for the nba.

I wonder....do we currently have any chinese spies or terrorist that we're detaining or have captured?

Maybe Democrat Politicians can make a deal with china. For every 100 boxes of shoes from china, democrats will release anybody that we're holding/detaining or have captured. lol.

The very idea of attempting to hold a country responsible for the fact that there are animal diseases in that country is just flat out astoundingly ridiculous.
This is just more bull. Those who move manufacturing to other countries are private enterprise - not government. If we want to be more competitive than other countries, then we have to work to do so.

That is what China is doing. They have made themselves the primary green energy country - more patents, more manufacturing, more exports, more installations in China. We do not rival China in this. We aren't even number 2.

We can not watch new economic sectors arise and just ignore them. We have to make ourselves the experts.
Buying shoes with prisoner releases??? How does that affect our economy?

Or, am I really failing in the "humor recognition" game?

    There isn't proof.

And, the more important issue is that it doesn't matter.

Attempting to punish another country for a lab leak is ridiculous.

What we need to do is work together with China to do our best to avoid a repeat. After all, there are tens of thousands of strains of SARS in the Wuhan region. Guessing it will never break out again is pathetic.

You DO have a basic understanding of how markets work? I mean the cheapest version of a product us usually the one that sells the most, however when it comes to tariffs on imports we suddenly face international push back - and not just from China but from every multinational with,it’s greedy trotters in the trough
