I wanted to learn more about Ted Talks. Ted Talks charges those attending $10,000 for a seat. The speakers do not get wages, they do get travel expenses paid, hotel bills paid and meals I believe. They also get free tickets to the same arenas they talk at. Ted Talks reports their accommodations are among the finest available as free to the speakers. A few visitors only pay $5,000 for a seat there.

So when you watch Ted talks, bear in mind for the speakers, they have plenty of perks.

For some reason I always assumed they were google audiences. IDK why I thought that. For $10K, they need not ever call me. Maybe if it were someone really fascinating, I might pay $50.00
