That will work great if we go back into time 80 years. As we all want to head in that direction. But the rest of the world is moving forward beyond today's thinking. The NWO will be Production and Capitailism (China and South America the EU, with Corporate America) Technology (Japan, the EU, India, China, and Korea) Natural Resources (Arab and North Africa, Russia, and Mid east)
Countries own security and police forces could do well enough and they could bring other countries under their control by using other means then open war.
The NWO will not be able to maintain control of the masses. Most of us will be dead in their grand scheme and the power base will be in Europe. North America, South America, Africa will be barren wastelands. The NWO wants most of us dead. They have all the wealth they want already. Now its all about power and control and having their master Lucifer reign in the flesh. Things will look like chaos for awhile, but they are controlling it all. The ruler of this world is directing them.
Why do you think its a conspiracy when all you have to do is pay attention to what the global elite say, and what they write in their books. I believe ignorance is a conspiracy that you are deeply involved in.
Corrupting governments for a long time has worked well to gain influence over them when that doesn't work then back extremists to attack or assassinate leaders through espionage. China has done an excellent job controlling their population through police have they even used military vehicles in an aggressive manner recently? The reason why America is the military country is because military development in the states is a huge part of their economy. Other countries of the NWO could also just form coalitions if it was required. Personally though I just think the elite use the idea as the NWO as a bluff to make themselves seem more powerful they're just rich people relying on basic human needs to meet their ends not some end all gang of thugs just some exploitive (*)(*)(*)(*)(*) who have bought into their own hype.

Now with the successful fall of Libya, Brittain and the Vatican can make a major push to consolidate the resources of the Mid-East. watch closely. I predict bully trouble with Syria next and American military will be the muscle to get it started just like all the rest of the wars...stay tuned...
Conspiracy is when get together to plan things, and there is nothing intrinsically wacky about theorising about that. It's the behaviour of these conspiracy theorists that gave the concept it's bad reputation.
