Did the GA Indictment crap the bed?

'All of a sudden, allegations of irregularity have become criminal acts, with Mr. Trump standing accused of sending several felonious tweets about a state legislative hearing.'

Before this started falling apart they were giddy over the idea of running an election against a jailed opponent.

'In 1872, for example, three of Georgia’s electors chose Horace Greeley over Republican Ulysses S. Grant. During the electoral count, Congress threw out their votes on the grounds that Greeley, a dead man, was ineligible to hold the office of president.'

'America has survived more than two centuries of post-election grousing and tumult. It remains to be seen whether it can survive one side’s attempt to imprison its leading opponent in advance of an election.'

It will survive, the attempt to win by jailing their opponent on a pretexts, will fail.

Contesting is OK, falsifying is not.

That would only apply if the STATE laws were ruled unconstitutional.
Good luck with that. He'll have died in prison before that happens.

State law has nothing to do with you falsely quoting what Trump actually said.

Quote where what he said or asked of the SecState was a crime and do so in full context and from the transcripts.

What did Trump falsify. He was wrong but he did not knowingly falsify or lie about anything he BELIEVED there were enough fraudulent votes to change the outcome just as challenges to elections throughout our history.
