It seems that climate alarmists are increasingly drawn to destructive behavior to draw attention to their cause. I suspect they fear their scientific argument is not robust enough to justify the draconian mitigation measures they advocate.

Green Fascism Looms Behind Veil Of Fake Benevolence…”Much More Radical Groups”

Greens: fascism looming behind a veil of fake benevolence
    By Fred F. Mueller

In just a few years, an alarming new trend has gone viral. The “classic” green climate warriors like Greenpeace and the WWF are rapidly being outflanked and overtaken by much more radical groups who have given themselves frightening names such as “Extinction Rebellion” or “Last Generation”. Instead of taking to the streets simply placards and banners, these “activists” are swarming out in small groups armed with superglue, mashed potatoes or tomato soup. Their intention is to break the law in spectacular ways, without regard for the damages or consequences caused to others. Their indiscriminate attacks have targeted airports, artworks, museums, offices or the premises of ministries or administrations.

Claim the ends justify the means

But their favorite tactic is causing traffic jams by gluing themselves to the asphalt, forcing people to lose time and money or to even miss cancer treatments, court hearings and police deadlines for probation exemptions. In one recent case in Berlin, such a blockade had fatal consequences. After an accident, emergency rescue services could not reach a woman who had been caught under a truck in time. The victim suffered serious injuries before she died. Notwithstanding such events, the people causing the mayhem have shown no remorse and maintain that climate change dangers are so urgent that they are mandated to take action no matter how severely they interfere with other people’s lives. . . .

The sickness of the absurd mandatory climate emergency screamers is now out in full view as their mentally ill minds that have been drugged with lies, propaganda and brainwashing it is why their slime is running like a stream from their ugly mouths.

It will get worse until the people realize that they have to shut them down or they could lose their life over this menacing development that could blow up on them.

Notice that warmist/alarmists have nearly vanished here and in other forums because the same old song and dance of climate doom message is old and worn out and increasingly understood by more and more people that it is STUPID!

How about this for disgraceful, horrifying, appalling, and outright Orwellian anti-fossil-fuel fascism:

You know you might be the bad guys when...
...you require school children to be subjected to years of mandatory indoctrination with not even a pretense of objective, scientific, or even-handed treatment of the topic.

The energy crisis caused by the war in Ukraine has been giving us a tiny taste of what anti-CO2 nonscience promises for the future. La Carbonostra's anti-fossil-fuel hysteria is already killing poor people who consequently can't afford the fossil fuels they need for heating, cooking, agriculture, transportation, etc. The victims already number in the thousands, and I very much fear that they will number in the millions before this vicious, anti-scientific, anti-rational, anti-human insanity is finally -- and inevitably -- rooted out.

It's only a matter of time now before some ninny climate toad glues himself to a road only to discover that the oncoming car is driven by somebody whose life and family has just been destroyed by climate activists.

    Bet on it.

    The 'Crazy, Right-Wing Shooter' Myth

    John Lott, RealClearPolitics

If you only read the New York Times editorials, you’d believe that political violence in America is a “right-wing” problem. The Times has been warning of violence from the right for years, but on Nov. 19 and 26, they wrote two long editorials making these claims. The violence stems from the lies “enthusiastically spread” by Republican politicians. Democrats’ only complicity was their $53 million in spending on “far-right fringe candidates in the primaries.” The fringe candidates, it was hoped, would be easier to beat in the general election.

Both editorials mention the mass murderer in Buffalo, New York, as a political right-winger. But they have been doing that all year. In May, the Times claimed he was of the right because he was racist and listened to a video on a “site known for hosting right-wing extremism.” The headline in the Times announced: “Replacement theory, espoused by the suspect in the Buffalo massacre, has been embraced by some right-wing politicians and commentators.”

You wouldn’t know it from reading the Times, but the Buffalo killer was yet another mass murderer motivated by environmentalism.

In his manifesto, the Buffalo mass murderer self-identifies as an “eco-fascist national socialist” and a member of the “mild-moderate authoritarian left.” He expresses concern that minority immigrants have too many children and will damage the environment. “The invaders are the ones overpopulating the world,” he writes. “Kill the invaders, kill the overpopulation and by doing so save the environment.”. . . .

The Brave New World is at hand.
Tough Mobility Restrictions Coming Soon “Like It Or Not”: Oxford Proposes “15 Minute Nieghborhoods”
    By P Gosselin on 21. December 2022

Citizens to be confined to small areas…permits just to drive into other neighbourhoods

People using their cars for short trips to run everyday errands are contributing to the “climate catastrophe” climate doomsday-sayers claim. And whether you like it or not, many of these doomsday-sayers are currently in real positions of power and are shaping what our future will look like with far fetched draconian policies.

    Hat-tip Krissy Rieger

The Oxford Mail reports how officials plan to divide the city of Oxford into six “15 minute” neighbourhoods by using road blocks with the aim of stopping motorists from driving through the Oxford city centre.

In an interview in The Sunday Times, Duncan Enright, Oxfordshire County Council’s cabinet member for travel and development strategy, explained the authority’s traffic proposals. He said the road blocks, so-called filters, will allow people to reach “local services within a small walking radius”. The idea is to force people out of their cars and to walk or cycle.

Whether you like it or not!

“And he insisted the controversial plan would go ahead whether people liked it or not,” reports the Oxford Mail. Mr Enright said: “It is about making sure you have the community centre which has all of those essential needs, the bottle of milk, pharmacy, GP, schools which you need to have a 15-minute neighbourhood.”

Though the idea is to reduce traffic in the city and to make life there more pleasant there, critics say the plan represents the start of a dystopian society. For example the owner of car present in the city centre without a permit could be fined. A digital surveillance camera would only need to read the license plate number and the owner would get a fine mailed to him…later automatically deducted from his/her digital wallet.

Mr Enright, however, dismissed the critics, telling the Sunday Times: “It’s going to happen definitely.”

“People can drive freely around their own neighbourhood and can apply for a permit to drive through the filters, and into other neighbourhoods, for up to 100 days per year. This equates to an average of two days per week,” writes the Oxford Mail.

Other critics warn that the plan will be disaster for businesses.

“What we have is people making decisions that don’t live in the city centre,” hotelier Jeremy Mogford told the Oxford Mail. “We’re being dictated to by councilors who don’t live here.”

Citizens are always being told that all the restrictive policies enacted or proposed are all in the name of public health protection, personal security, combatting organised crime, terrorism or rescuing the climate. Emergencies warrant emergency powers and the suspension of democratic processes.

Sadly, these evil fools will almost certainly never be called to account for the harm they are doing.

But we may have to ask ourselves the question whether and to what extent we may be willing to accept some kind of eco-dictatorship (in the form of regulatory law)…

Actually, I disagree. A little bit of targeted activism can really hit the spot.

I'll go with most, but certainly not all.
