You're falsely presuming a lot of negative things about young men - many young men and women sleep around and sexually experiment, but that doesn't mean that the average young man has ever seriously abused or exploited a woman - I can understand the concerns fathers have about their daughters, but there's a fine line between normal concern and paranoia - and having normal concerns is a far cry from something which is basically a cult.

The ideology of these fundamentalist sects goes way beyond a normal level of concern that parents have about young people engaging in risky sex, it's much more of a cult-like fascination with virginity and the idea that a woman's worth is defined by it - the girls in those photos don't look happy at all, and those photos look more like something from the Branch Davidian compound than a normal father and daughter relationship - as though the girl is just a piece of property, rather than an emotional investment

I hear you used to be an adventurer until you took an arrow to the knee.

You really need to pay attention to those kinds of things when you're out exploring the world you know. You need to know your armor. Most arrows are made of steel so some good Orichalcum armor can protect your knees. Most good archers are expert shots and can bypass any armor from a hundred yards and hit those joints if you don't protect them.

A simple Orichalcum reinforced joint plate will protect you from those steel arrows.

But keep in mind, those trolls are nasty customers and are so incredibly strong they can rend your armor into so much scrap.

Adventuring is a dangerous profession, and not one for the weak kneed. Especially when one took an arrow to the knee.
