    Epic fail on that analogy. That year there actually was a real problem with results in Florida, one that needed a court ruling. This year is nothing like that. The Trump administration is simply being petty.

    Were both of them denied the briefings? I thought they were both receiving the security briefings starting from the time they were nominated. That's how it's usually done when there is no incumbent. That's how it was done in 2016.

    The biggest difference is one of intent: no one intended a delay in the transition process in 2000. Today, the delays and outright denials of cooperation are deliberate, and are being done out of spite. Trump's new slate of completely unqualified sycophants who have been placed in top positions in security and defense are risking national security out of spite.

    Can anyone tell us what is emerging
    And more importantly, never has his dishonorable cadre of enablers kept on aiding him in damaging our nation.

    It is high time that something is done about this plethora of primary challenges that has all the conservatives living in mortal terror of their parties extremists. Maybe put in one or two guys who don't give a **** about keeping a cushy job forever but are actually concerned about the good of the country for once

    I did read an article where Mike Pompeo remembers W was not given security briefings, but that was all I found on the subject.

    Both transitions are/were delayed because there are legal proceedings challenging the election results. Your opinions on the motivations and character of the participants are irrelevant to the legal questions.

    They are opposites.

    The current crop are also saboteurs. It's why they get along so well with Putin.

    Interesting idea of fun. No worries. Biden can handle it...........and with a lot more aplomb than Donald. Trump 's behavior warranted a lot of criticism. His nastiness on Twitter was so Presidential ..... and plain silly. If Biden behaves as immaturely, and stupidly as Trump has....... then he will get the criticism that behavior warrants.
    Sad to see that elections have become a blood sport......when civility and good form represent a civilized society.

    Biden can't handle saying a sentence, but I do look forward to putting the blame where it belongs! Can't pull the race card anymore. Biden is a rich, White, elitist, 1 percenter.

    Anything that goes wrong, is his fault. Just as you guys did to Trump. This WILL be fun :)

    Fair game , as long as he gets credit for doing something right and effective .;-)

    For the record: I am an equal opportunity critic........;-) I try not to be blind to negatives......regardless of who it is ( in this case...leadership).... The constitutions more important to me than one person........that will be replaced on a regular basis. ONE MAN...does no make the nation. The constitution does.

    The motivations and particularly the character of the participants ARE the challenges. Something like 30 judges have all agreed there are NO legal questions concerning this last election
