    The Department of Justice, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Hillary Clinton have a HUGE Weiner problem that is even bigger than we first realized.
    According to the recently released inspector general report, on September 28 and 29, 2016 the New York office of the FBI immediately reported to the Washington headquarters its discovery of, first, 141,000 and then 350,000 emails on the laptop of Anthony Weiner — also known as “Carlos Danger,” a now-convicted sex offender. Mr. Weiner is the husband of Hillary Clinton’s inseparable aide Huma Abedin.
    Now we know by October 4, the New York office had found 700,000 emails. The New York agents had seen and reported to FBI leadership they had seen email headers, all domain names, Mrs. Clinton’s initials on one sensitive but not classified document, and the missing BlackBerry backups.
    ~Snip~
    Justice requires both a full investigation of Mrs. Clinton’s multiple potential crimes and of the efforts of agents of the FBI and the Department of Justice to cover it all up.
    Multiple high-ranking officials including Barack Obama were emailing Mrs. Clinton directly or through Huma Abedin. The Weiner laptop and iCloud account had it all. It was the full archive they were supposedly searching for.
    Who else among the high-powered elite are the FBI and DOJ protecting by their cover-up?

    ~~~~~~
    Why isn't the AG of DoJ calling for an Independent Counsel and the F.B.I. opening a full investigation to question the corrupt federal employees that buried this evidence? Were the same people involved in Spy-Gate the same that buried the Weiner laptop?
    Unfortunately, as long as Trump chooses to leave Jeff Sessions as AG, the status quo will remain. When Trump decides to get serious about cleaning up the DOJ and FBI, he will have to either have a serious "come to Jesus" meeting with Sessions or fire him outright. Right now, Sessions is more part of the problem than part of the solution.
    2. Why is Hillary Clinton above the law?
    Why was Clinton's e-mail issue publicly addressed by the FBI despite no charges being filed, while the Russia probe was NOT addressed publicly before the election and HAS led to charges already... The FBI did not have a pro-Clinton tilt, at least not on the Comey level.
    FBI DELIBERATELY IGNORED ‘Golden Emails,’ Crucial Abedin Messages And More.....
    Finally, five days later, on October 26, the New York case agent was able to talk directly to the mid-year agents. (“Mid-year” is the name the FBI gave the investigation.) The case agent reported again: “Based on the number of emails, we could have every email that Huma and Hillary ever sent each other.” [315].
    On October 30, the Department of Justice finally got in gear to get a warrant — to include everything dealing during Mrs. Clinton’s tenure with the State Department and all devices — and especially the Comey-denominated “golden emails” from the BlackBerrys and all the messages sent to Abedin to be given to Mrs. Clinton, right?
    Nope.
    Shocker #1: Despite everyone’s recognition of the importance of the “explosive” “bomb,” and the “golden emails” on the Weiner laptop, the FBI never even sought to review the “golden” emails.
    Shocker #2: They deliberately ignored the emails between Huma Abedin and others — despite knowing she was a proxy for the Secretary and had lied to them in her interview.
    Federal investigators knew people would email Abedin, and she would print things out for Clinton. Abedin admitted it was easier for her to print things from home in Brooklyn.
    Logically then, it appears it was Abedin who deliberately stripped classified markings from emails to forward the information to Mrs. Clinton so she could then deny ever receiving anything marked classified. It’s called “plausible deniability,” and it was a deliberate and illegal scheme for handling classified information.
    Shocker #3: Over analysts’ objections, the FBI never reviewed the Weiner laptop to determine if it had been compromised by foreign agents despite finding that Huma Abedin had forwarded classified information to it. Those were flagrant violations of 18 U.S.C. §793.
    There are important conclusions from these facts in the inspector general’s report.....snip~
    No wonder the Basic Old News about the Weiner Laptop was rehashed. It appears there was quite bit of New Info that has been brought out by the IG's report.
    Whats funny is.....the SDNY was contacted by this FBI agent, and still nothing came of it.
    Looks like the IG might have to look at this again.....as clearly decisions were made off Political Bias with Abedin being Clinton's cover-girl. If not an IG.....then a special Counsel.
    Timeline of Russia Investigation
    Key moments in the FBI probe of Russia's efforts to influence the 2016 presidential election
    Since July 2016, the FBI has been investigating the Russian government’s attempt to influence the 2016 presidential election, including whether President Donald Trump’s campaign associates were involved in those efforts.
    “Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered an influence campaign in 2016 aimed at the US presidential election” between Trump and Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, according to the U.S. intelligence community. Russian intelligence services gained access to the computer network of Democratic Party officials and released the hacked material to WikiLeaks and others “to help President-elect Trump’s election chances,” the IC said in a report released in January 2017.
    At this point, no evidence of collusion between the Russians and the Trump campaign has been made public. It may or may not exist. However, there is an ongoing investigation.
    Here we present a timeline of key events in the investigation. We will update this timeline as necessary. For those reading this on a website other than FactCheck.org, please click here for updates.
    2015
    July — The Main Intelligence Directorate, or GRU, which is responsible for intelligence collection for the Russian military, gains access to the Democratic National Committee computer network and maintains that access until at least June 2016, when the hacking plot was publicly disclosed. (This is according to a report issued Jan. 6, 2017, by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.)….snip~
    Correct there is more than enough evidence to confirm your statement....
    Peter Strzok involved in drafting letter to re-open ...
    https://www.cbsnews.com/news/peter-strzok-involved-in-drafting...
    CBS News' Andres Triay reports Strzok was involved in the letter sent from then-FBI Director James Comey to members of Congress on Oct. 28, 2016, after additional Clinton emails were discovered on the laptop belonging to Anthony Weiner. Weiner is a former congressman and the husband of top Clinton aide Huma Abedin.
    Andrew McCabe knew of emails found on Weiner's laptop
    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-5338261/Andrew-McCabe-knew-emails-Weiners-laptop.html
    Strzok was the FBI agent in charge of the Clinton email investigation. In a text message to Page dated September 28, 2016, he told her that he was asked to speak with McCabe over the new batch of recently discovered emails.
    According to a transcript of the interview from ABC News, Comey at one point in the exchange said that there were “hundreds of thousands” of emails found on the Weiner laptop. “Yeah, more than several thousand, hundreds of thousands on Anthony Weiner’s laptop,” he said.
    Yes, the election was months after the FBI started investigating. What's your point?
    My point.....was when the Russians got busted and BO the peep and his team didn't do anything about it in 2015. Showing just how they screwed up and then used the Russians as an excuse for why they lost with Hillary. Long before Trump decided to run for the Presidency.
    One would think that even leftists could have figured that out.
    This is just hackery. There are many reasons why Clinton lost (including the use of the electoral college). Whether it mattered or not, Russia's influence campaign was unacceptable and if Trump helped them, that is also unacceptable.
    But my prior point had more to do with the FBI being clearly not biased against Trump during the campaign, at least when it came to which investigation they chose to talk about publicly.
    Clearly the bias was going on during the campaign within the FBI and DOJ. As the IG's report points out. Its a reality that can't be denied.
    You're going to compare the private messages of an agent with the public announcements of the director? Now that's picking the cherry from a big pile of ****.
    Yeah, from the one that changed the wording of Comeys assessment from grossly negligent to extremely careless.
    Given that charges weren't filed, it was inappropriate to announce either one.
    That has no bearing on investigators doing their job. Works like this....if an investigator finds one grossly negligent. Then they refer for criminal charges.
    Btw, extremely careless is Grossly negligent.
    Grossly negligent would be the more common phrasing in criminal charges, and since they weren't filing criminal charges careless is a more appropriate word. But Comey went out of his way to publicly chastise Clinton without filing charges. This is inappropriate. He should either file charges and announce why, or not file charges and not say anything. That would be the norm. And then close to the election he brought up that they found something else, which also led to nothing. Can you imagine if they had made a public announcement about Trump and Russia? Hey we have this lead to follow regarding a possible link to Trump and Russia, but it's not final yet and we don't know if we'll file charges so stay tuned. If Comey had treated them equally, it would have been something like that (inappropriate on both sides, but at least fair that way).
