The Global Challenges Plan-A competition for a plan of global governance solving problems

This is a Swedish organization holding the competition, "Global Challenges"

I've submitted text of submission a plan that puts America in its potential leadership role because of Americas constitution. The American constitution makes potential changes in government far easier and far more complete than those of other nations. But, American state Citizens must understand it. It is far simpler than understanding politics-as-usual. However it uses constitutional law in ways never taught in schools. Hmm, for a reason. Our government has not wanted state Citizens to control it.

This plan is not for a global government. It is about connecting people with methods and connections for them to control their existing governments.

There are those in the forum who are familiar with my posting about the "PURPOSE" of free speech. Clearly, free speech globally can play a tremendous role in the development of change solving problems. Primarily the major change having the real effect is the restoration of the usenet to its old position in America (and the world) with hosting servers at universities wherein, free speech is protected.
But there is more. The role of free speech needs to be primarily education of the worlds peoples into the use of technologies that create sustainability. In America, after our "Lawful, Peaceful Revolution", state Citizens can focus on improving their state educational systems, and in that, will be an exchange that refines the peoples uses of vital technologies for sustainable societies.

Now, consider that our lawful and peaceful revolution uses Article 5 exactly as it was intended. What if a group of globalists was working to HIJACK and Article 5 convention? Accordingly this plan is not only a plan wherein America switches to a leadership role through Article 5, but also the plan is the perfect counter to the hijacking.

From my perspective, our constitution is the only things that stands between us, tyranny and extinction. Big changes must be made soon for many, many reasons.
