Speaker of the House John Boehner announced his intention to sue President Obama for his failure to implement the Affordable Care Act as enacted by Congress (which Speaker Boehner has been working night and day to have repealed) last June; and, in July, the House of Representatives voted to "authorize" this lawsuit against the president. And, more recently, the House of Representatives voted to approve the hiring of counsel to file this action and represent Speaker Boehner at the rate of $500.00 per hour.
House Speaker John Boehner’s still-unfiled lawsuit against President Barack Obama for exceeding his constitutional power is in more trouble.
For the second time in two months, a major law firm has ceased work on the lawsuit, sources say.
To date, the lawsuit has not been filed. Why? Because the lawsuit has no basement. It is, as President Obama correctly captioned it: "a political stunt"

Or maybe this lawsuit will go to court?
