Who exactly are "the left" you're referring to, which "experts" are you talking about and what "science" should have been followed?

Oh, now I understand. You're saying that if the right has experts which show the vaccines to be a crock and bad then that is listening to the experts and ok. In fact, they have the inventors of the Mrna vaccines bad mouthing the vaccines and as long as the right are listening to the experts, all is ok. The fact is, that your point points out the fact that either side can find experts and science to back up whatever case they are trying to make.

No, I asked you some very simple questions. The whole "left vs right" trash is irrelevant to experts and science so there is no justification in raising it unless you don't actually care about the facts and are just playing politics.

On the actual experts and science, it isn't at all clear what failures you're suggesting led to the development of a new COVID variant in Africa. Rather than the "left bad!" rant, why not highlight the actual scientific fact you believe are relevant so they can be addressed?

The OP/independent thinker is certainly not a critical thinker.

You are burying your head in the sand if you believe there is no left and there is no right. Even the left believe there is a left and the right believe there is a right. Funny, how you guys who claim this crap believe there is no left and there is no right, because everyone should just believe what you believe, because you are right about everything. Funny how lefties believe the Coronavirus isn't left or right and yet you want to impose your values and force others to do things your way because your side is right. Oh, wait a minute, you just said there are no sides, even though you want to impose your beliefs on others, even though there can't be another side because there is no right and there is no left.

Yahoo is very much mainstream media. It delivers propaganda only.

Actually, Africa has very little covid, and few people have taken the shots. Much of the population takes HCQ for malaria prophylaxis and Ivermectin for other purposes. They have low rates of infection and low rates of injection with the clot shots. Yahoo would never say that, even if they had a mouth full.

As for the evolution of new variants, most of the dissenting virologists and immunologists have all predicted that, and here it is.

The shots are the weapon, and more panic will have more subjects taking more shots. Mission Accomplished.

If you think about it, it is really funny to watch the left completely in bed in an orgy with Big Pharma.

The left wants it always to be a "crisis" and that is how they justify their science. There is no end to it. Only government can save us!

I'm reading the article, and it is stating that vaccines were vital in ensuring that strains don't mutate. So what is it that 'the left' didn't listen to? 'The left' is constantly criticized for relying upon vaccines, but your article seems to support 'the left's' strategy. So could I have some clarification? What did 'the left' not listen to?

The Left and many more actually believe they've been injected with a vaccine. They have not. If you're into traditional medical and legal definitions. If you're not, I understand.

When everything the American people believe is false, said William Casey in 1981, we will know the success of our misinformation efforts.

I'm referring directly to the article provided. I don't understand what the OP is trying to say/prove.

I can't speak for him, but it seems to me he's making the point that Democrat leaders like Pelosi, Newsome, Cuomo and numerous other state governors govern in accordance with medical tyranny principles, EVEN THOUGH there have been hundreds or thousands of dissenting medical professionals and scientists speaking out against the shots. What those dissenters have been saying for 10 months, ADE and other medical phenomena, have come true with a vengeance. Those leftist leaders are either dumb as hell or are complicit in the scam. IMO it's the latter.

And your opinion is noted. But if you read the article he based his opinion upon, it makes no sense.

It is rather funny that they really grill on the point that we should follow the science and listen to the medical professionals and yet when medical professionals say anything bad about the lefty agenda, their licenses are taken away for spreading misinformation.

I didn't say they don't exist, I said the political arguments between them are irrelevant to the facts. Partisans can (and do) take exactly the same information and spin it to meet their predetermined conclusions.

I'm not imposing anything, I still just asked you simple questions about your statements in the OP, questions you still haven't even tried to answer. Are you capable of actually talking about science and experts without any reference to politics?

Each side has their own set of facts. There are more than one set of facts.

I can prove the sky is blue.

I can prove the sky is black.

I can prove the sky can be multicolored.

Which of those three facts is correct?

I can prove the ACA is well liked by Americans.

I can prove the ACA is not well liked by Americans.

Which of those two facts is correct?

I can prove medical experts are for the vaccines.

I can prove medical experts are against the vaccines.

Which of those two facts is correct?

Each side uses their own sets of facts to prove their case. The left argue there is only one set of facts but they use the set of facts that prove their side while ignoring the set of facts from the other side and vice versa. A perfect example is with the Coronavirus. The left say that we should follow the science and listen to the experts and yet the left will take away medical licenses of those who are expert medical professionals if they dare to contradict what the other medical expert professionals are saying. Think back to ancient times when Copernicus questioned all other experts, wildly claiming that the Earth was not the center of the universe. Should he have been stripped of all accreditations for daring to go against the opinions of all of the other experts? What facts were right regarding Copernicus, everyone else's or his?

So why did your OP talk about the experts and the science? You're still playing with the politics rather than answering the actual question and being part of the problem. Again, see if you're capable of raising a point about the science without any reference to partisan politics.

It's your thread. You linked an article but you didn't make any direct reference to it. You need to raise a specific topic of discussion for people to respond to. Maybe explain (as I asked multiple times) which experts and science you're suggesting listening to could have prevented the development of this (or any other) significant COVID variant?

If you start from the assumption that this particular OP has little to no interest in science and will make everything about politics oyu will save yourself a lot of time. He might eventually answer you, but it will still be an answer overflowing with politics.

Yeah, Africa is a breeding ground for disease. It's always been.

What new horrible thing will come out of Africa next?

The "good" news is that the latest research seems to show Africans (and people of African ancestry) are substantially less likely to die from the virus, even though they are more likely to get infected (the second part of that is probably due to environmental and social factors).

Do you suppose that the traditional widespread use of HCQ as malaria prophylaxis plays any role in it? What about the more recent use of Ivermectin there?

I think those are large factors in the equation regarding the low incidence of the infection there.

And of course Bill Gates crimes there vaccinating youngsters and maiming them have caused justified widespread suspicions of the white man's injections.
