One of the main losing strategies is to not kill more of your enemies than they kill of you. In places like France or Belgium where Europeans have been murdered, twice as many muslims than the dead should be chosen by lot in those countries and impaled in muslim neighborhoods. Just as a lesson to others. And to show that their strategy of killing more of us than we do of them won't work. Another losing strategy is letting muslims into non-muslim countries. Especially the ones who claim to be refugees. But who are in reality either members of ISIS or close to it. Look at the Syrian rebels. There is no way that the Syrian government is worse than ISIS. Yet they still fight the Syrian government. Why? Almost nonexistant differences between Suni and Sheite aside, it is because the Syrian government is more secular and doesn't behead people.
