I get that The Onion is supposed to be a satyrical news network, but am I the only one that thinks they're using comedy as a flimsy cover for anti gun propaganda?

For example there's this calling democrats a cowering sack of (*)(*)(*)(*) for backing down on the assault weapons ban.

I get that it's supposed to be funny, that satire can't avoid politics forever, and I tend to take jokes directed at gun owners with some good humor, but as of late I've just been growing weary of the constant crap. Anyone else feel the same way?

Ah I see the problem. It seems there's an auto censor that covers up swearing and it screwed up the URL.
