Was wondering, how do you address a grievance, a wrong, or a crime you feel was committed by the government (in general). To whom do you go, that is not influenced or under the jurisdiction of the government? Is there any such thing as an impartial third-party?
use it's own corruption against it's self. make enemies with all concerned, let them rip each other apart over who gets what piece of you.
