    So is the mod staff taking into account that when school is back in, there will be numerous college students who will probably trip the proxy flag?

    We can tell pretty easily if an IP is coming from an University pool. No worries.

    Yes, it ususally lists the University...which provides us a location. It's not an anonymous proxy usually.

    I am wondering did I get banned from the banning members from theads thread? Ha ha I can not access the page.

    Is this thread about IP banning? Or is it about getting around banns by anonymous proxies?
