Watch for the scenery=) Normally he's worth watching for his technical expertise with fixing Apple devices, but every once in a while he walks through NYC, chatting about rental space prices AND showing you what NY actually looks like and the truth/reality of life on the ground. Always fascinating to hear compared to the talking robots on the News and LYING politicians. His videos at the height of the pandemic, walking through a ghost city with "protesters" were really fascinating. For those that claim NYC is "normal" or "Ok", they're ****ing LYING to YOU!!! No wonder AOC wants to party in Miami=)
