My foresight ability is above average is it mathematical or philosophical? Or does foresight go hand and hand with intelligence. My thoughts on this is that it’s more to do with feelings because one actually cares to know. When you care to know your engaged and your mind wants to protect you from a bad choice. That seems mathematical though so is foresight a hybrid from the result of math and feelings? For example I posted Trump will incite violence to protect himself. I was called crazy but now a umpire says he’s buying an AR-15 if trump gets impeached. Did I see the future? No. Did I feel and understand people? Yes but I’m lacking clarity. I’m humble not for the I told you so but to better evolve and understand a skill. Has anyone wrestled with these thoughts before?

The one I can't get out of my head is that trump will go down like a land slide in the next election if he's not impeached first.

My thoughts are different though I agree it’s more than possible but republicans are different they care about power over reality. Trump will last because there is no primary challenge they fear alienation. He’s all they have. But Trump made a mistake he named dropped Mitch McConnell and Ukraine. That is a problem I feel he is lacking foresight. So it’s more than possible the landslide. But I really want to dive in to the ability and inability to understand such things. Not about the example trump. Is it a learned skill can you teach it, if so should we? Because if it’s learned than it can grow and I’m wondering about tactics and tools to grow that skill. Because I feel it’s needed like common sense in the upcoming world. I want to evolve and make it easier for my children to have an extra tool to survive.

Is journalism the word you're looking for? Or perhaps simply analytics (as in analytic journalism, political analytics)? Political science, sociology, psychology?

I'm not exactly clear on what skill you're referring to, the example you gave can fall under many different umbrellas depending on your approach and interpretation of it.
