    Oh I see your point now. Yes, not burning coal is better than burning coal. We certainly agree at the sulfur and particulate etc. pollution level. As we seem to be getting deep into this I should tell you I am not particularly opposed to higher CO2 levels. :)

    If they did burn more coal, instead of being equal with the other highest CO2 producing states they would be much worse than the others. (Per capita).
