Do over, is intended to roll off the tongue, as does DOUBLE JEOPARDY.

As if the Mueller Investigation was a DEMOCRAT smear, and not liars, having to recuse themselves, and in so doing, appointing THEIR investigation.

So, the term do over, is designed to elicit DJ, for short. AS if CRIMINAL exposure is the only danger to a corrupt pol.

The congress, is tasked with oversight, but Trump has said, they have NO authority, which will be disputed, but it is a tactic just to declare it. To delegitimize their findings, before they can bring them.

The shocking thing is, the supplicant DOJ, has adopted this NON legitimate characterization as OFFICIAL legal position, STRAIGHT from Trump's mouth.

This is PROOF, that they have no position, but STALL. There is no legal defense against oversight.

Do over, is a shameful concept, and illegal, illegitimate, and further down the road to banana republic than anyone could imagine ten years ago.

Of the many things they want to avoid talking about, this is one.

'We won't tell you': DeSantis, a onetime firebrand, is stonewalled by the FBI

    https://www.politico.com/story/2019/05/16/desantis-fbi-1327934

TALLAHASSEE— Gov. Ron DeSantis shaped his political identity in Congress by taking on the FBI and criticizing its Russia investigation.

But as Florida governor, not only has DeSantis toned down the FBI bashing, he’s even doing the bureau’s bidding. The governor signed a non-disclosure agreement with the bureau in exchange for a briefing Friday on Russian hacking into voter systems in two Florida counties — a decision one fellow Republican described as complicity in a cover-up.

The DNC virtual reality impeachment simulation is the FAKE ruse Nadler, Cummings & Schiff are trying to con a federal judge with. The DNC wants a 2016 election DO over and the entire world knows it.

    :roflol:

Sort of like how "the entire world knows" that 1+1=3, and Bigfoot is Trump's Biological Father?

    Got it.:bored:

Btw--It is obvious that Trump's Legal Team has a major screw loose, and will do anything to shield him from being held responsible.:salute:

    "the entire world knows it"?:roflol:

And with re-election possible, possibility probable, the kitchen sink will be thrown in shortly. We aren’t even close to fever pitch yet.

"Anything" ... like force congress to reveal the legitimate need for access? The horror! Nadler & Cummings might as well tell the federal court they're looking for child support payments Trump made to Bigfoot's mother in Trump's tax returns. Nadler & Cummings both have screws loose if they think the courts will believe they have a legitimate purpose to subpoena.

I saw a story about how Democrats are lining up behind Pelosi and not backing impeachment.

If the average Democrat believed what they say about trump, he would be impeached already. Democrats don't believe their own propaganda.

You are full of it. The Democrats realize, the public is NOT on board YET. YET. But likely will be when the time comes. NO, not YOUR timetable. When it does come, you radicals will squeal like stuck pigs.
The public does not only have to be on board, but SO MUCH SO, that they pressure the corrupt liar Republicans, to get on board, OR ELSE.

C'mon ... this is a "good cop / bad cop" routine. Nobody's getting impeached. The DNC is straddling a fence they don't even want to cross. Uber liberals in SAFE seats are all like impeach! :frustrated: Moderate liberals in SWING seats are all like let voters decide. It's all a show. Nobody's getting impeached. :sleepy:

Of course the public isn't on board. "I hate Trump" isn't proof of wrong doing by Trump.

Lawmakers: FBI can’t say with ‘certainty’ Florida voter databases not affected by 2016 hack

    https://www.politico.com/story/2019/05/16/florida-voting-hack-russia-1449198

Florida lawmakers once again railed against the FBI on Thursday for its handling of the investigation into Russian election tampering in the state, and expressed skepticism that the intrusion didn't alter voter rolls.

After a briefing with the FBI about its investigation into the 2016 cyber attacks, members of the state's congressional delegation blasted the bureau for not even revealing the names of the affected counties for almost three years.

"I don’t know who the hell they think they are not to share that information with us," said Republican Rep. Matt Gaetz.

Congressional lawmakers just found out Thursday the identities of the counties but did not reveal the names to reporters following the closed-door meeting with FBI officials.
    ......................................................................................................................................
Richard Clarke, former National Coordinator for Security, Infrastructure Protection and Counter-terrorism said in an interview county election officials across the country who say their systems were not hacked don't really know if they were or not. They just don't have the technological sophistication to make that determination.

Even were it true talking about firing some one is not obstruction. Firing someone who is engaged in a witch hunt isn't obstruction though engaing in the witch hunt in the first place seems like it ought to be obstruction of a sort.

If they "impeached" him they would have to put their money where their mouth is and make a statement beyond rhetoric. They have nothing to "impeach" him for so they use this as an excuse to continue the tantrum. It's about the rhetoric. They can't up up and they won't shut up. That is what tantrums are about.

This is getting fun to watch. OIG investigaiton about FISA is about to be released and it ain't good. Remember the last one? Wasn't good either. The one before that wasn't good. Seems Democrats aren't doing real good when it comes to the release of investigations.

Headline. Let me update you. Russia investigation is over, wasn't stopped. Found "no collusion". Now there is an investigation to investigate if and why the investigators abused FISA warrants. Here is some of the results of the Mueller investigation (credit to HB Surfer):

That group has been repeatedly caught: lying, scheming, and abusing their power to attach the President of the United States.

    DoJ Fired/Resigned/Demoted

    • John Carlin – Assistant Attorney General – Head of DOJ’s National Security Division - Resigned - FISA Abuses
    • Sally Yates – Deputy Attorney General & Acting Attorney General - Fired
    • Mary McCord – Acting Assistant Attorney General – Acting Head of DOJ’s National Security Division - Resigned
    • Bruce Ohr – Associate Deputy Attorney General - Demoted twice
    • David Laufman – DOJ National Security Division, Deputy Asst. Attorney General - Resigned
    • Rachel Brand – Associate Attorney General - Resigned

    FBI Fired/Resigned/Demoted

    • James Comey – FBI Director - Fired
    • Peter Strzok – Deputy Assistant Director of FBI’s - Demoted / Fired
    • Lisa Page – FBI/DOJ Lawyer - Demoted - Resigned
    • James Baker – FBI General Counsel - Demoted - Reassigned
    • James Rybicki – Chief of Staff to FBI Director - Demoted - Resigned
    • Andrew McCabe – Deputy FBI Director - Fired - Charges Recommended
    • Josh Campbell – Special Assistant to James Comey - Resigned
    • Michael Kortan – FBI Asst. Director Public Affairs - Resigned
    • Bill Priestap – Assistant Director – Head of FBI Counterintelligence - Resigned - *Is likely cooperating against the DoJ/FBI in investigations

    Watch List

    • Rod Rosenstein (DOJ) - Deputy Attorney General
    • David Bowditch (FBI) – expected to replace Andrew McCabe as Deputy FBI Director
    • Trisha Anderson (DOJ) – Adviser in the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel
    • Greg Brower (FBI) – Assistant Director for the Office of Congressional Affairs.
    • Sally Moyer (FBI) – Attorney
    • Dana Boente (DOJ/FBI) – Acting Head of DOJ’s National Security Division
    • Edward O’Callaghan (DOJ) – Acting Assistant Attorney General and Acting Head of DOJ’s National Security Division
