So we have negative GDP growth, a recession, high inflation, folks beginning to lose their jobs......sure, democrats are doing a smashing job crashing the economy.

They passed the Inflation Reduction Act, which does not reduce inflation, and Biden is giving out more money for student loans.....how does any of that improve the economy?

Now the housing market is on the brink of crashing.

    Thanks Biden!

House prices falling is a good thing. Especially for first time buyers.

And I call BS on your folks losing jobs claim. Let's say your fake new is true, they can easily get a job elsewhere. There are currently over 11 million open positions in the USA.

    Thanks Biden!

Falling home price used to be a good idea. These days, investment firm such as BlackRock, Invitation Homes, and Partners Group are buying entire block or neighborhood to keep the average buyer at bay. Dream of home ownership is lost this generation.

So the 2008 falling prices were a good thing? Sure and Covid 19 is good for you....

And the average Republican is wealthier than the average Democrat, so we know who benefits the most :bye:

I'm surprised that you already haven't googled: "correlation between income and political affiliation".

Would you like me to open up the links and get some quotes and graphs for you or can you have a look yourself?

It depends how you look at it. I think the most accurate way is to look at income brackets, rather than districts. Republican voters living in Democrat-majority areas seem to do the best.

I appreciate that. I have seen many conflicting sources. Your source combines all over $100K into one category. One source says the majority of those making over $500 vote Democrat. The term "wealthy" is constantly redefined. I became wealthy under Obama. Not because I made more money, but because he moved the definition for the purpose of increasing taxes.

Sure. Point taken re. Obama - and inflation will also push more of your income into the higher bracket.

Did you mean over 500k? Yes, that is actually mostly Democrats so it flips again. But I would think that is a small demographic. 100K could well be a modest income in NY or parts of California, but I still think it's fair to say that is a wealthy group.

I'm amazed that you actually admit the year 2008 existed. Most cons pretend it never did.

    1) I am not a "con"
    2) I admit that Bill Clinton's housing crash happened.

That doesn't mean anything. What 11 million jobs? Where? What's the salary? People are losing high paying tech jobs. The company I contract with stopped giving me projects three weeks ago.

This is pure propaganda. Nobody gives any F-ing credence to job postings online as real economic data. Companies have robots managing those postings, and there are job openings left open for many months.

Ah, so you automatically fall back on the "these are fake jobs" mantra cause your hero isn't POTUS anymore.

    LOL, figures.
