There are very few variables about what would have happened without the shut down. The virus would have torn thru the country with a vengeance. I think 2.2 million is to high, but not by much.
Routine heath care.. Yes that was part of the reason for a shutdown. To prevent the collapse of the system. If you want to worry about lack of care think about all the millions people out of work that Trump won't let sign up for Obama Care.

Many Blue states have already admitted they counted thousands (maybe tens of thousands) as COVID-19 deaths.........that were never even tested for COVID-19

It sounds as though you have not tried to get any health care during this faux pandemic.
Many doctors are now "seeing" their patients via VIDEO conference.
Imagine that.....doctors who only see their patients via VIDEO conference.

Getting routine care is all but non existent.
