The players were those in governments in Washington DC and Tel Aviv. That is, the players were NOT 19 arabs with box cutters hijacking airliners. The players were the Neocons and CIA and Mossad, and many innocent pawns such as the ATC controllers caught up in Vigilant Guardian. Like the Plandemic, it was planned years in advance.
