Fabrication noted. The fact that you asked "what subsidies" showed you were not willing to know that welfare subsidies to rich, greedy takers are welfare subsidies. Observe:
I missed the part where you provided evidence for that claim. Interest rates have been kept conveniently low while the Fed has ballooned the money supply to kite asset prices. In many cases, the money has been repaid with money the government gave the companies involved. The fact that you refuse to know how that scam works does not mean it didn't work. It means it did work.
I definitely know what they are: payment for doing something the market is unwilling to pay for, and payment for doing nothing.
    Yep.
A government loan guarantee is definitely a subsidy to the borrower, as already proved.
They do have the cash in hand, thanks to the loan guarantee. See how that works?
Yes, of course you do, as I've already proved to you.
Right: that constitutes a welfare subsidy giveaway to landowners, paid for by consumers, who have to pay taxes to fund desired government services and infrastructure, and must then pay landowners for access to the same services and infrastructure their taxes just paid for.
LOL! And in what you are no doubt pleased to call your "mind," the government stealing from producers and consumers and giving the money to rich, greedy takers is being, "out of the business of injecting itself into the markets at all"??

    ROTFL!!
Everything I have ever paid for land, and most of what I have paid in taxes.
False. We have definitely established that you demand government steal from producers and consumers and give the money to the rich, greedy takers whose nether parts you lick and suck so assiduously.
Subsidies to "universities" can be recovered from those who actually get them: i.e., those who own the land around the universities. NPR and welfare would be unnecessary if rich, greedy takers were not being so heavily subsidized with the welfare giveaways you demand be continued, and even increased. EITC would disappear along with the income tax that makes it prudent and effective.

It is only counter-intuitive for a warfare-State simply because it needs an excuse to perpetuate itself; a welfare-State can simply help people pursue Happiness.
