Things you simply don't get...

Here's a thread for expressing your bewilderment over random things that others enjoy, or things that make no sense to you no matter how hard you try to understand.

I'll start with anime. I've tried, but I cannot fathom what on earth it is about anime that people enjoy.

 

Based on a news story on another site, I don't get why men send unsolicited "dick" pics to women they don't know. I just don't see how that does anything to advance the man posting it?

I also don't understand anime.

 

I believe it is the transformation of self into art. I mean you have to love it because it makes no sense..

 

Amy Schumer said that she used to ask guys to send her dic picks. She did't want to see their weiners, she just wanted to see who was stupid enough to send one.

To be fair to men, men are highly visual. Women are not. Men like looking at women's parts so naturally most assume that women want to see man parts.

The funny thing there is that a lot of women like watching porn now. And many like to watch lesbian porn even if they like men. I actually started collecting really hot lesbian porn for my last sb. Then we would watch it together before retiring to the bedroom. She said it was the most romantic thing anyone had ever done for her.

I look at most things people like to do and wonder why they enjoy it.

Many women can appreciate beauty and the sexual appeal of other women, much like many men do. Anymore, most young women I meet like men and women. But they appreciate each for different reasons.

I simply cannot understand how people of decency or patriotic mindset can find Donald Trump to be a good representation of what this country stands for and believes in. I am not trying to make a political point or derail...it honestly perplexes me.

 

I think half the country has been in a state of shock since 2016. I thought we were better than this. Far beyond perplexed, shock and horror are better descriptions; a complete collapse of faith in the people of this country. America died the day trump was elected.

Idle conversation. I speak to convey ideas, enlist assistance or inform others. I don't get how people bond by chatting about nothing.

 

I am a gun owner and 2nd Amendment supporter, but I don't understand why a person would want to openly carry a handgun in public. At a range or out in the field, sure. But while grocery shopping or eating at a restaurant?

I understand the right to do it. I don't understand wanting to do it.

 

Allowing people who were born male to compete in women's sports.

 

Along the same lines, coddling the mentally ill and playing along with their delusions.

 

Many people would have felt the same way if Hillary would have been elected. In fact, more people voted for her than voted for Trump. Are we not better than this?

 

People who worship their guns but speak as if they don't understand there is a difference between a conventional long gun or hand gun and a military type gun designed for mass killing.

 

Luckily because of the popular vote the answer is yes, we're better than trump but not by much.

 

Deliberate cruelty to animals purely for cruelty's sake.

For an American to declare that they hate our country simply because of who was elected president.

 

So even if Hitler was raised from the dead and elected, you'd be fine with that?

 

She is just a crooked politician. Trump is a freaking monster. How can you possibly be so confused on this point?

Did you see Hillary calling for mass murder and torture? No. She made one comment about deplorables and trumpers went insane. Trump says far worse every day.
