    I don't think the US Government ever put electrodes on genitals then shock people like the Russians are doing now. The Russian Nazi's variation of torture is closer to true Nazism.

    They're not as as savage as NATO troops and their slaughter of civilians in Libya and Iraq.

    You missed the several pictures, and the entire story, from Abu Ghraib in Iraq, with US soldiers doing EXACTLY THAT to prisoners. Maybe to refresh your memory, there was a whistleblower, and even 60 Minutes covered it. The last few chapters in Philip Zimbardo's book "The Lucifer Effect" covered it in detail. Maybe the only conscientious General Officer in the US Army was Taguba, and he wrote a report about it. At Rumsfeld's suggestion, our prison guards also used German Shepherd dogs on the naked prisoners, Nazi style.

    Perhaps you were still in grade school when all that happened, or perhaps cognitive dissonance plays a role.

    If you are interested in that sort of behavior, you should consider reading Zimbardo's book. It's not pleasant but it is most informative. Good luck.

    Even if this was about NATO, your haven't "exposed" anything and you can't even own up to Poootin's and RuZZia's savagery in making war on civilians.
    Makes them loads worse than anything NATO might have done. But you can't even admit that.
