It’s about us responding to their fascist content control and fact checkers censorship by leaving them en mass. When it comes to big tech social media and their platforms, there are now alternatives to each of the big ones and they are becoming immune to what Amazon did to Parler last year.

So many new independent options in competition with each of the types of big originals. That’s what this is about. We Christians and conservatives will not comply with the demands of big tech and those with the means to do so will create our own internet universe independent of them.

 

This about sums up the right response to big tech content control and censorship.

I have been Facebook free for a few months now entirely.

I moved and lost my internet connection to my laptop. I never put Facebook on my phone and I forgot my account details. I have not made any effort to recover the account or create another one.

I have unlimited internet on my phone so I suppose I could turn my hotspot on and log back in on my laptop but I have no interest in doing so.

I spend enough time here on any given day without parking my ass in front of Facebook for any given time.

 

Well... bye...

 

I don’t use Twitter and never use Facebook except to keep track of friends who do, maybe 5-10 minutes a week. Moving away from Google to go duck go and from you tube to Rumble. I have all the conservative alternatives sites saved on my phone. Will join Truth Social next month.

 

For that I do the good old-fashioned thing.... I simply pick up the phone and I called them and we speak on the phone

Stupid YouTube wants to make you listen to all these damn advertisements to hear a song and then if you make a list it wants to dictate how you can organize your list all in an effort of course to try to force you into buying YouTube premium

You mean it's time for a mass migration over to propaganda platforms controlled by people who have an interest in misleading people and creating an army of ignorant undereducated followers who will vote, say and do as they're told to by those who own these platforms, kind of like how Bannon has used Breitbart to influence the thinking of millions of unwitting Americans through years of sustained misinformation. Twitter and Facebook were abused by these people and their allies in Russia, Iran and China alike to radicalize the right with a constant stream of propaganda and misinformation, and now that Twitter and Facebook have begun to crack down a bit after seeing the harmful effects this can have in the long run, these people want you and millions of other suckers to move over to platforms where their radicalizing misinformation won't be censored.

 

I wonder how free speech is for those who don't agree with the alt-right lies and propaganda favored on Untruth Social.

This place and The NewsTalkers are not big tech social media. These sites intend to attract people from both sides so there’s no reason to leave here because here doesn’t try to limit the content of or censor the ideas of one side like Big tech social media giants do. The other one mirrors big tech social media more by the day and conservatives who are also Christians days are numbered there.

Have no fear! I have every intention of posting here. I’m seriously considering making here my primary internet site. I’ve been on political news message boards since 1998 on AOL then moved on to MSN in 2008 when AOL dumped theirs. Then MSN folded theirs into a place called Newsvine so I went there in 2009 until I left them for NewsTalkers in 2015. It was a great place. Then when Newsvine went dark a lot of the left who ruined Newsvine migrated to NewsTalkers and have begun ruining it, thus my presence here. The conservatives ive known across platforms since 2009 are the only reason I’m still there. I am transitioning from there to here as my primary conversation site.

 

It will be a censorship free zone regarding discussion and dialogue. It will be MBFC free too!

 

Well it's extremely evident that depends on what your political alignment is .

I don't know who the guy was some sort of prominent Iranian cleric who said death to America on Twitter and he's not banned.

Did you know the left controls Twitter and death to America is not necessarily an unpopular message with them
